Inspection tour

If you are interested in one of our many developments in this part of Bulgaria we would like to invite you to come and see for yourself. From our vast experience we have learned that 3 to 4 day inspection tours for a maximum of two persons are ideal. On arrival at airport you will be met by one of our experienced english speaking property tour guides and taken to your accommodation, we will have a brief chat to confirm your own personal requirements and any special needs before commencing your assisted tour of the properties that fit your criteria.

Our Tour Includes

• Transport to and from the airport
• Assisted property tour
• The cost of 3 nights half board (breakfast + dinner)

You will also enjoy a tour of some of the most beautiful areas of the Sunny Beach and the Bansko. (Please note to qualify for one of our inspection tours you will need to bring a cheque for 700 to reserve the property of your choice and to be in a position to pay 30% of the property price within 30 days, mortgages can be arranged please see our finance page on this web site)

Appointment

If you prefer then you can combine your tour with a holiday to the area. You would be picked up from your accommodation by one of our experienced English peaking property tour guides. We will have a brief chat to confirm your own personal requirements and special needs before commencing your assisted tour of the properties that fit your criteria.

It Includes:

• Transport from and back to your accommodation at a pre arranged time.
• Assisted property tour
• The cost of meals and snacks when accompanied by one of our staff
• You will also enjoy a tour of some of the most beautiful areas of the Sunny Beach and Bansko.

The duration of this assisted property is for you to decide 1-2-3 days.

In Additional to above we will also:

• Introduce you to an English speaking lawyer
• Assist with opening a bank account with a major Bulgarian bank
• A trip to view furniture for your new home (if required)
• Will accompany you to the builders head office to sign the contract to purchase your new home.
• Introduce you to an investment counsellor.
• Introduce you to Ambasun Inhouse Exchange Network.
